• Software platform for content aggregation and display
• Dashboard for content moderation and management
• Screen rental options (wall-mounted, window display, floor stand, counter tablet)
• Professional installation services
• Technical support and maintenance
• Campaign creation tools for promotions and rewards

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be a legally registered business or authorized representative
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Our Professional Plan is billed at $199 per month. This includes unlimited story displays, real-time content moderation, analytics dashboard, and 24/7 support.

4.2 Screen Rentals

If you choose to rent display equipment, additional monthly fees apply:

• Wall-Mounted Screen: From $59/month
• Window Display Screen: From $69/month
• Floor Stand Screen: From $49/month
• Counter Tablet: From $29/month

4.3 Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Equipment and Installation

5.1 Free Installation

We provide free professional installation for all rented equipment, including mounting, wiring, cable management, and initial setup.

5.2 Equipment Care

• Rented equipment remains the property of ShareOnScreen
• You are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment
• Do not modify, repair, or relocate equipment without authorization
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately
• Equipment must be returned in good condition upon termination

5.3 Damage and Loss

You are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of equipment damaged due to negligence, misuse, or theft. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

6. Content Guidelines

6.1 User-Generated Content

Content displayed through our service comes from your customers' social media posts. You agree to:

• Use our moderation tools to filter inappropriate content
• Not display content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
• Remove content promptly if requested by the original creator

6.2 Prohibited Content

The following content may not be displayed:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Misleading or fraudulent content

7. Intellectual Property

The ShareOnScreen platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Display prohibited content repeatedly

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must return all rented equipment within 14 days. We will schedule a pickup at no additional cost. Your access to the platform will be revoked, and stored data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ShareOnScreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content posted by third parties
• Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control are excluded

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShareOnScreen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
